Healthy Shamrock Shake!

My friend & business partner shared this yummy shake recipe from our private health & wellness group, and I thought it would be fun to share it with you!!

🍀2 ½ cups of almond milk (I use unsweetened)

🍀1 package of vanilla Shake Mix (message me for the one I use)

🍀1 cup spinach

🍀1 banana

🍀½ of an avocado

🍀8 mint leaves OR a drop of mint extract

Instructions

Place the milk, spinach, banana, avocado and mint leaves / mint extract in a blender and blitz until smooth.

Taste your shake and add honey or maple syrup if you prefer it to be sweeter.

Top with whipped cream & mint choc chips if desired.

Serve immediately & ENJOY!!
