I sort of stood on the sidelines and just watched what others were doing. But guess what? When I started practicing self-love and began to work on my self-esteem, that is when I could finally get out of my head and have a clear idea of who I am – and what I am capable of.

When you lack self-esteem, it can be hard to get out of your head and be present with others. Not just your friends and family but your followers and clients will feel it, too.

Imagine I was on a coaching call with you and the entire time I was like “oh gosh, I don’t like how I look today. Am I even doing a good job right now?! Does she like me? Are people even getting anything out of these calls? Do they think I look like a mess?

If I had all of that going on in my head during the entire time I was on calls or live streams for you, I would not be able to focus pouring into YOU, because I was more worried about ME.

It’s time for you to get out of your own head so that you can start serving your clients and be fully present with the people around you.

When you are free from the bondage of your own self-doubt, you become free to generously pour into others.

So – how can you start?

Start showing yourself appreciation and celebrate you.
Take two minutes right before bed and appreciate yourself.
Think back and celebrate the positive things – big and small – that you have done today.
Ask yourself, ‘how did I add value to one person’s life today?’
What is one small thing that you can appreciate about what you accomplished today?

Do this each day, right before bed, and create the new habit. Soon, you’ll rewire your brain and you’ll be more present in your daily life. This is will benefit you AND the people around you too!
